The firm’s Tax Department represents clients in various proceedings before the Israeli tax authorities – income tax, VAT, land taxation, customs – both in proceedings relating to obtaining tax pre-rulings, and in the various tax proceedings, including the representation of clients in assessment proceedings and tax appeals in courts of law.

Representation of clients in courts of law is preformed through collaboration between the firm’s experts in the tax and litigation practices. The department possesses extensive experience in the successful representation of clients in all tax fields, including income tax appeals, VAT appeals and appeals on real estate taxes, in tax appeal committees, in district courts and in the Supreme Court of Israel.
